Join a team of cybersecurity professionals and help Swiss Re to fulfil its mission in making the world more resilient. As the Junior Access Management Specialist, you'll support the analysis, simplification, and improvement of our security practices to streamline the company's process efficacy. What's more, you'll be working in a hybrid setup, perfectly balancing work from home and the office premises.


About the team

The Security Team is the focal point for all security activities across Swiss Re. We are responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, governance, risk and compliance. We define and advance the company's security strategy. As a part of the Security Team, the Access Product Operations team is responsible for providing expert access management services, setting up access management processes per compliance requirements, and efficiently controlling access life cycle processes for all Swiss Re users. We're looking for a motivated individual who'll help us to improve our processes and services via diligent analysis and ensure our security agenda is properly followed.


In your role, you will…

• Integrate application access roles into standard tools and processes, adhering to standards and regulatory compliance
• Update and maintain the documentation – for our engineers to lead coherent consultations with our customers
• Manage the complete access role life cycle during releases and infrastructure changes
• Support the resolution of incidents and problems related to access services, acting as third-level support
• Take over additional responsibilities occurring within the team, such as process improvement and compliance and audit reviews support
• Foster a culture of learning and development
• Participate in global projects and act as point of contact in given areas
• Proactively oversee potential issues and problems in the access management area
• Be someone who believes in continuous innovation, is curious and relentless in finding a better way every day

Your qualifications

• What we need from you:
o General understanding of IT
o 1+ year of Experience in Access Management and/or IT delivery
environment as well as end-user support
o Experience with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
o Willingness to cooperate and co-create with colleagues and
partners
o Good written and verbal communication skills in English


• Nice-to-have:
o Knowledge of SQL
o Basic ITIL knowledge (incidents, problem management, request fulfilment)
